Acting Governor Heru Gathering to PW Muhammadiyah Jakarta

Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, visited the Regional Leadership (PW) of Muhammadiyah Jakarta, Jalan Kramat Raya, Senen, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (10/26).

His visit was welcomed by PW Muhammadiyah Jakarta Chairman, Sun'an Miskan and vice chairpersons of PW Muhammaduyah Jakarta, namely Agus Suradika, Tjuwandi, and Achmad Abubakar, including leaders of branches of Muhammadiyah Jakarta.
He requested for prayers and support in running the government. Support from the ranks of PW Muhammadiyah Jakarta is very much needed, thus the Jakarta Provincial Government can meet the needs and expectations of Jakarta residents.
Strengthening Friendship, Acting Governor Heru Meets Jakarta PWNU"For me, the task is quite difficult if it is not supported by the entire Muhammadiyah board. So, it's natural that I stay in touch. Then if I have free time, I will personally greet you guys," he expressed.
On that occassion, he asked Muhammadiyah's support to jointly reduce the burden of Jakarta's development such as flooding, poverty, and the economy.
"Surely, strengthening the economy in the future will be a priority and other points will receive suggestions from all Muhammadiyah administrators. Thus, we can discuss the points that we can realize. In essence, I need advice on a journey of our duty," he explained.
PW Muhammadiyah Jakarta Chairperson, Sun'an Miskan congratulated the Acting Governor who had been appointed by the President as Acting Governor.
He said he was happy to meet and have a dialogue with the Acting Governor. PW Muhammadiyah is ready to support flood control efforts conducted by the Jakarta Government.
"We're ready to help you deal with floods. We also have a Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) disaster management agency," he continued.
At the end of the meeting, Heru received a book from PW Muhammadiyah Jakarta entitled History of Muhammadiyah Jakarta.
